La proximité du centre de ville et l’isolation de l’appartement bien.
Poussière, toiles d araignées à approfondir ainsi que les carreaux. Les oreillers catastrophiques. Il est noté dans le descriptif qu’il y a un parking. Certes plusieurs places mais il fait changer la voiture de place si on ne veut pas la fourrière !!! Donc parking : oui et non !!!
