De ligging, in rustige doodlopende straat.
Midden in de nacht aankomen. Uiteindelijk qas er wel iemand.

The HSR location - convenient and quiet cul-de-sac (except for current construction next door). The willingness of the caretaker to assist, despite English language difficulties. The great terrace and gym (nice surprise/bonus - not in advert). Value for money. With a few adjustments, could be really great. Would stay again.
On check-in, certain advertised facilities not provided in room - washing machine, iron, hairdryer, dryer, toilet paper, hangers, cultery. On request, all happily provided within a day or two. Had to purchase a few things myself - kitchen towels, dish brush, washing liquids, tissues. Could not open living/dining curtain - looks direct into neighbour's windows a few feet away - currently a construction site - so this room remained dark. TV streaming box (Tata) not connected, couldn't watch TV. Quirky furniture choice and placement - 2 dining table, bed-side abutting a large concrete pillar. No light at bed or bedside table, so had to switch off from doorway and stumble in the dark past the pillar into bed. Washing machine installed in the corner of the bedroom was "unique".
