Location was great, compact home, beds comfortable, fully fenced yard (but needs better security for pets).

It was chilly over the weekend and with only 1 reverse cycle aircon that has to be set on 30 to get a hint of warmth in the house - that needs some work for guests comfortability particularly on chilly nights. There are also lots of windows but no blockout or think curtains to help retain heat. Unfortunately on arrival the bins were left overflowing by cleaners, laundry powder on the laundry bench, empty alcohol can in the front garden and long grass. I booked notifying of a pet with our stay so would expect grass to be short on arrival. The house needs a full clean, cupboard above the oven is full of webs, and roof cornices has some webs. Property should provide padlocks with keys for optional locking of front gates. Especially for those bringing their loved pets along. We could not leave our pet at the house as the yard is accessible from the street without any security. The double gate also doesn’t fully securely close and therefore I could not trust that my dog would be kept securely in the yard.

Wifi didn’t work properly. Need more mugs. Curtain at front was too small.

Loved the pet friendliness, love the location and loved the big comfy bed.

Not 100% secure for little doggies, couple of gaps in gates etc. For the price we would have really loved some staple food items, salt and pepper etc

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit - there were dead insects and hair in the bathroom and inside the kitchen drawers upon arrival. In addition, the entire house was heavily saturated with air freshener, and the smell was so strong that it absorbed into our bags, which continued to smell for days afterward. There was also no hair dryer available, which was surprising as this was the only place we have stayed in some time that did not provide one. Considering we paid AUD 500 per night for two people, we did not feel this was a good value for money unless you are staying as a larger group.
