Sunbury Luxury - The Perfect Family Entertainer

Very spacious, clean and modern house. Great location.

Beautiful property but unfortunately we weren’t able to get a good night’s sleep. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. We could feel the springs and they were very thin. There were also only sheer curtains in the bedrooms (no blinds or curtains) so outside lights shone directly into the rooms. The bedroom facing the street was affected the worst due to the street lights and the lights in a display house across the road remaining turned on throughout the night.

Very clean and super comfortable! I loved all the space and had a great outlook.

I would suggest blinds for night time. The front room is very exposed at night and with the lights on every one can see in. Need blinds in all rooms! The security camera inside was on too so suggested that this is disabled when guests come.

Easy communication with the landlord. Clear instructions for check-in and lock-up. Spacious and great house for entertaining my family.

Lovely, well appointed house that worked well for us to attend a family event.

Nothing major. A couple of mattresses were on the softer side, but this is such a personal preference we couldn’t find fault.
