Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Direkt an der Maas gelegen, profitierte die Unterkunft von der unmittelbaren Nähe zu Cafés, Restaurants, Bäckereien und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung präsentierte sich dabei als ruhig und komfortabel. Der Check-in erfolgte kontaktlos und unkompliziert.
Parkplatz mit Parkscheibenpflicht, wobei die Parkscheibe zwischen 8 und 19 Uhr alle zwei Stunden neu eingestellt werden muss.

Gute Lage und einfacher CheckIn. Modern und gut ausgestattete Wohnung
1 Punkt Abzug Scheinbar sind die Parkplätze gegenüber auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz gegeben. Hierbei ist eine Parkuhr notwendig mit 2h kostenfreiem Parken. Einmal war ein Event in fer Stadt, sodass es sehr schwer war einen Parkplatz zu bekommen, haben in der Nähe einer Kirche parken können und abends (ab 19 Uhr ohne Parkuhr) umgeparkt.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Ausreichend Platz . Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der renovierten kleinen Dach-Wohnung war sehr gut. Alles fussläufig in der Nähe. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter/in.
Zugang über Stufen im 3.Stock. ist keine Kritik, war auch kein Problem für uns.
