朝4時に着いたのにもかかわらず、チェックインさせてくれて助かりました。困ったことがあれば24時間サポートするから、安心してと言ってくれて、本当にその通りに少しでもロビーに伺おうとするとすぐに出てきてくれました。 指定の時間においしい朝食を持ってきてくれて、追加料金ですが空港までの送迎も希望の時間にしてくれました。 部屋はとても広く、ピラミッドが3つしっかり見えました。ジャグジーもとてもよかったです！ タオルの交換も毎日お願いできて、ドライヤーも強風でした。 スタッフも全員優しく、最高のホテルでした！大満足です！！
クリーニングの際、お風呂場の掃除はしてくれなかったようでした
