駅にも近く、行きやすい。
部屋のお風呂にもゆっくり入れるし、
なんでも快適に揃っていて、お値段も安いです

お部屋は綺麗でそれほど狭い感じもなく、バス、トイレが別なのもよかったです。
部屋が4回の駅側だったので、眺望は…。
朝食が美味しかった。
パジャマも普通のパジャマスタイルでよかったですが、袖口が広過ぎて、洗顔の時などは濡れてしまいました。

Location is a bit out of the way for Makuhari Messe major conference center but as I wanted a walk each day that was fine. I found the breakfast choices good but the local specialties a bit salty. After requesting it I got a high floor room with views of Tokyo Bay and when haze permitted, Mount Fuji.
I do not have anything to complain about.

The location is good.
self check-in & check out. lack of parking space. The staff is helpful but not well experience.
