After our initial issues of cleanliness of the kitchen and living areas and being flooded from above, the support staff made a great job of fixing the apartment to our satisfaction. The apartment was well equipped and we had an excellent stay there and will be happy to use Urban Rest again in the future.
A pre-rental inspection would have picked up the cleaning issue and a general inspection ( snagging inspection ) would have picked up the Sink Tap hanging off and the toilet seat moving (still not fixed). Once these were attended to we were happy with the apartment. We did however receive an accusatory 'scatter gun type mail' regarding noise and anti social behaviour, which we did not appreciate as we were very careful to not affect any other residents. UR should look at how they deal with complaints.

Provide a few more practical kitchen things like a scourer, a citrus juicer, a large sieve, a cake baking receptacle etc for cooking and baking.
