Da der Ausbau noch relativ neu ist, ist das Gebäude auch noch gut erhalten und sauber. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Das Appartement hat nach Emirati-Vorbild ein code-Schloss. Das ist super wenn man zu 2t ist, weil damit das Schlūsselproblem erledigt ist, falls einer frūher im Appartement ist. Ich war zwar diesmal alleine, aber fūr's nächste Mal gut zu wissen.
Die Infrastruktur ist noch etwas im Abseits. Die Lokale des Aldau Hights sind ca. 12 min zu Fuß entfernt. Leider ist auch die Gehdistanz zu annehmbaren Stränden durch die Lage erweitert.
