Fantastic location, cafe and restaurants nearby and the taxi stand across the street. The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Short walk to more restaurants and the Coliseum was nearby.
I wish there was some sort of communication from the host earlier. This was my first time using this service, I had emailed and texted the host, but didn’t hear anything from them until after midnight on check in day. Even an automated response- the host will contact you 24 hours before check in would have been appreciated.
The only real negative is that we encountered a rat in the entryway/courtyard when retuning to the apartment one night.

The property was exceptionally clean, with a beautiful big kitchen window overlooking the church.
They have a service at 9pm at the church and the singing is beautiful.
It was very close to restaurants, supermarkets, and a taxi rank. Not far at all from the Termini.
The cafe nextdoor can store your luggage if you get there early or leave late, we booked that through the Bounce app.
For me, it was a little noisy at night with traffic- but you can’t have such an amazing city central location and quiet all the time!
Also I couldn’t find a toaster or iron, and I would have liked those things.
