Modern 1BR Near Syracuse U, Zoo & Dome, Fast WiFi

I was in town for a family wedding and stayed for 3 nights. The property location was in a residential neighborhood, about a block from the high school. It was also less than a mile from the state fairgrounds, though that wasn't applicable for my stay. It was a nicely renovated first floor of an older house, which I believe is still in progress. It might seem a little 'rough' from the outside, but the inside was very nice with enough amenities to accommodate a much longer stay. The bedroom was off the kitchen and you went through the living room to get to the bathroom, but the unit is only made for 1-2 people, so this wasn't a problem. The shower had both a rain and handheld show head, which was nice, and plenty of hot water and a drain that actually drained (sometimes tough to find in a hotel). Overall this was a great value considering it was cheaper than many of the hotels in the area.

Nothing I can think of.

I like the distance from all activities and meetings going on, but getting into the house you need to let people know where the door is to put code in , I know you are busy but be alert when you know someone is near arrival it's only courteous especially for veterans or anyone with major anxiety , plus looks are deceiving the home looks run down outside but very cute and nice inside. Yes I would stay again just give a better description of what to bring or expected that's not going to be there

No microwave, no towels of any kind for bathing, the trash and garbage outside the door needs removed ASAP when you have it to avoid bugs, animals, and smell, you need to put in description what's expected for whomever is staying what to bring

It was very clean and relaxing felt like home as you came in
