We liked the views, the fact that apartment is very light and newly refurbished, most of the needed amenities were available.
The sound insulation is almost nonexistent, you can basically hear everything (what's happening outside), what neighbours are talking and when they take their dog out. Even thought the apartment is well equipped, it's done relatively cheaply, everything is from IKEA and most of the stuff is quite fragile (e.g.: shelfs on the walls are hanging on one nonsealed screw).

Een ongelooflijk vernieuwd en mooi appartement in een wat ouder gebouw,wel op de elfde verdieping,met de lift geen probleem uiteraard, en daardoor ook een fenomenaal zicht op stad ,zee en bergen .
Slechts 3 cava glazen en 2 wijnglazen... als er iemand langs komt heb je wel een probleempje,maar dat is echt geen dealbreaker .
