Best place to stay. It was the best decision that i stayed here, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, they ensured a warm and welcoming stay, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Our room and bathroom were very clean. A highlight of my visit was the outstanding hospitality extended by the staff and insightful local recommendations truly enhanced my experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and as well, short walk to many restaurants, cafes, pubs. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Pondicherry! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the peaceful ambiance and the central location, which made it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The food was delicious too—definitely try the local South Indian dishes! Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely come back on my next visit to Pondichery

The hotel was newly launched so we were one of the first day customers so everything was neat and clean and glossy.

1. Staff are unprofessional and untrained 2. Need more attention on their hotel services 3. Air conditioning was very bad. ACs were some cheap company ACs it was not even getting cold just breeze and air that's it. We need to use a fan with 16 degree AC temperature 4. No power backup, generator 5. Even with flaws the management has no accountability. 6. As new we paid a reasonable price but with this service i would say the price is fine.
