The place was clean and good!
Your heater wasn’t working and there is no food.. you have to move around for food.

There was nothing really to be excited about.
Some of the staff members were good, especially housekeeping staff.
The pool was out of order
The bed was misaligned. One receptionist told me to fix my bed myself when I informed them that it was not levelled.
The front room tv was not working
No kitchen towel is available.
