Clean and modern designed house at great location!

The apartment has been fully renovated. Bathrooms and kitchen were fully equipped. All the electric and electronic devices were brand new and functional. Location is perfect. The beach is very close as well as the cafes and restaurants.

Çok rahat ettik

Sıklıkla dedeağaça geliyoruz, bugüne kadar kaldığım ulaşımı en rahat olan yerdi. Fotoğraflarla aynı 2 çocuk 4 yetişkin rahatça kaldık. Akşamları bahçede oturduk, sohbet ettik. Ev sahibi de hep çok yardımcı oldu, 3 dk yürüme mesafesinde arabayı rahatlıkla park edebileceğimiz bir yer önerdi. Kahvaltı için başka yere gitmemize gerek kalmadı, evin hemen karşısındaki cafe de çok güzeldi. Başta sokaktan direkt eve girmek tuhaf gelse de sonradan hoşumuza gitti, apartman ve ses derdi olmadan müstakil bir konaklama oldu. Tekrar gelsek kesinlikle burada kalırım.

Çok merkezi. Arabamızla 1 geceliğine gitmiştik Arka sokakta park ettik ve her yere yürüyerek gittik. Çok temiz. Mutfak ve banyoda İhtiyacınız olan her şey var. Arka bahçe çok keyifli.

Ana cadde üzerinde olduğu için biraz gürültü geliyor. Buzlukta buz olsaydı tam mükemmel olurdu 😃

Konumu mükemmel, ev yeni, kullanışlı, temiz ve konforlu. Max 6 kişiye kadar kalabilirsiniz. Bahçesi, mutfağı keyifli. Ev sahibi çok yardımsever birisi, sorulara cevap veriyor.

Ev ana cadde üzerinde haliyle oldukça gürültülü. Civarda park sorunu var. Arac park yeri konusunda zorlanabilirsiniz. Bunlara yapacak bir şey yok ev çok merkezi konumda çünkü her yere 3-5 dk icinde yürüyebilirsiniz. Evin dış kapısı içeriden kitlenmiyor, güvenlik amaçlı bir mekanizma yapılmalı zira kapı kilitsiz bir halde kaldırıma açılıyor. Evde bazı yerlerden wifi çekmiyor yansıtıcı konulmalı. 1 kere su ısınma sorunu yaşadım soğuğa yakın bir şekilde duş aldım, bir kerelik mi değil mi anlamadım, sıcak aldığını söyleyenler de var çünkü o nedenle olumsuzluk olarak görmüyorum. Evi genel olarak beğendim, bu eleştirileri de düzeltilmesi için yazıyorum. Bunlar hallolursa mükemmel olur. Ben tekrar gelirim ve kalırım. Ev sahibine de teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum.

Cu proprietatea nu am nimic de comentat în schimb să aveți grijă pe unde vă parcați mașina ca polițiștii din acest oraș sunt puși doar pe japcă și pe nedreptate . Noi am parcat mașina pe lingă proprietate pe un sens unic și ne-am trezit fără numere la mașină și permisul suspendat .această lege se aplică doar pt români , bulgari și turci …. Greci aveau voie să parcheze pe acel sens unic !
