Stylish 1-Bedroom Apartment

The property is very stylish and in a lovely area with good bus route into the city centre. The apartment had everything you needed and the owners were very helpful.

Really nice apartment with a nice view. Spacious and comfortable couch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Was near coffee shops and grocery stores.

The neighborhood was a bit far from the central area of Tirana.

The apartment's location was great. It's just a short bus ride to the city center, and all the shops you need like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies are right nearby. Being on the 6th floor, it was very quiet, which was a nice bonus. Getting the keys was easy with the simple self-check-in, and both hosts were incredibly kind and always available for any questions. The apartment itself was even better than the photos. It was very clean, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. It had everything we needed for a good stay, and the internet was fast and reliable.

1 difficoltà di COMUNICAZIONE con l’ host. 2 grande problema: l’ASCENSORE. Nelle foto e nei servizi sono mostrati 2 ascensori ma NON è specificato che sarà possibile usarli solo dopo aver fatto 6 piani a piedi con le valigie. Spiego: Al momento del check-in automatico l’host invia un messaggio in cui spiega che, per decisione del condominio, il locbox contenete le chiavi e il cip dell’ascensore non può trovarsi al piano terra ma al piano dell’appartamento. Bisogna quindi fare SEI PIANI A PIEDI CON LE VALIGIE al momento del check-in e questo viene comunicato all’ultimo, quando invece sarebbe corretto specificarlo. Lo stesso problema si pone al momento del checkout, quando si lasciano le chiavi nel locbox, e bisogna fare nuovamente sei piani a piedi con le valigie. Bisogna essere corretti perché questo è un problema per persone anziane o per viaggiatori con molte valigie.
