I had a wonderful stay at this place. Everything was great from start to finish. The cleanliness was impressive — the bed was perfectly made, the linens were fresh and spotless, and the washroom was immaculate. I appreciated the attention to detail and how well everything was maintained. The location was absolutely perfect, overlooking the canal, which made for a peaceful and beautiful view. I liked everything about this place and would definitely stay here again.

Property location is fantastic. 15 min walk to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Hiwot (property management team) was always available when contact.
Dedicated car park space available.
I would stay again in this property.

Beautiful and modern apartment with a great view of Dubai’s Business Bay. Perfect location for visiting the city center, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa were at a 10-15 minute walk. The owner was responsive and took care of our request very fast. Very nice pool.
A bit far from the metro station, there was a bus that made around 20 minutes to reach Business Bay Metro and the bus station was very close by, 2 minutes away from the property. Dubai Mall Metro station is 2,5 km away, so this could be an option too. The locking system with a code wasn’t functioning properly, we had to insert the cod several times, but it worked after a few tries, I suggest the traditional system with a key.
