Rocky Mountain Oasis-Mountain View!

The place is so clean, organized, comfortable, accessible and everything you need is there. Plus the communication is very good and easy. We are satisfied and happy!!!

I was having quite a hard time in checking in and confused because when I booked and all the communication it says Rocking Mountain Oasis-Mountain View and I kept looking for that building. The address was correct though but I didn't see any signage that says Rocky Mountain so, I had to call the owner and clarified if it is Windtower. And so I learned it is Windtower. But that is just minor everything is all good and amazing!!! We are happy and satisfied.

The view and it was very comfortable and clean

It was confusing to fine how to get in the parkade and the parking stalls are so tight I had to let everyone out before I parked the car

The host needs to provide clear and simple instructions about adjusting the temperature in the rooms. One room was too hot; the other was too cold. There should also be a handicapped parking stall close to thee elevators.

マスター寝室と洗面所のヒーターがついたままで夜は暑くて寝れず。クーラーをつけ、窓を開けてもヒーターで暑すぎ。大家と連絡を取り、スタッフが確認に来て、その後、メンテナンス業者が来て配線を直し、修理してもらいましたが、その間待機したり、何度も電話で説明したり、手間が取られました。
