Nice, clean, good location, quiet area
Lovely, clean white bedding. Very nice touch having a cupboard full of snacks and drinks. Location was walking distance to pubs, restaurants, Markeaton park and Vaillant Live
The area looks abit sketchy but we only saw friendly, nice locals. The man in the local off licence was lovely.

Newly refurbished gem, good location, warm welcome, price
We have had a wonderful stay here this weekend in Derby. The house was perfect and I don’t think the photos do it justice. It’s thoughtfully decorated, with tasteful attention to detail and was above and beyond our expectations. It is clean, cosy and comfortable and provided us with a great base to explore the city and also enjoy home comforts during our stay. Not far to a lovely park, and walkable into town. We felt so welcomed by the host and surprised by the thoughtful extras and little treats in the rooms and throughout. Thank you so much, we’ve really enjoyed our time here visiting Derby and would definitely return here and recommend it to others. Thank you :-)
