Appartement bien équipé et de qualité, manque une cafetière. Bien situé pour nous, accès directe et facile à la rue de la plage et au restaurants. Proximité du marché de nuit sur la rue de la plage.

Les sent bons disposés dans les toilettes et l'appartement pour couvrir les odeurs du systèmes d'évacuation des eaux usées. J'ai enlevé les sent bons et pour empêcher les odeurs, matin et soir je faisait couler de l'eau dans ces tuyaux par la grilles en utilisant le boyau utilisé comme bidet. Je pense qu'il y a des systèmes de prise d'aération pour ne plus utiliser les sent bons qui sont des désagréables pour certaines personnes. Et qui règlerait le problème d'odeur.

Checked in was not smooth. . Confusing as the confirmation said 17th floor room 946 which securuty had no keys. We had to call the contact number and was told we were allocaated 15th floir room 1515. We had to wait for them to bike over the keys bearing in mind it was 9.00 in the evening when we arrived. It was a stressful checked in.. We were given one set of keys. We had to request another set of keys few days later. The room was ok but it was not what intended for us, we believe there was an error made on the allocation as they gave us room 1515 whichbis different from the confirmation we received. In the room there were personal statements in the drawer. . One of the shower has no hot water. There were only one flat pillows each, bed was too hard. We coukd not sleep as you can hear all the noise from the nearby bars. We could not cook in the apartment, there were only one little saucepan, one burnt frying pan, one teaspoon, 3 cups of small cups of different sizes, no proper plates only saucers. No chairs in balcolny. There was a folded mattress in corner if sitting room. The building facilities ie swimpool was only plunge pool and the areas for sun bathing was so small that it gets crowded everyday. We did not manage to use the facility as always busy. On the posituve sides, the room sizes were adequate and location of the property was good as near the Jomtien beach. The host could have been more organised and made you feel welcome, theree wete nothing in the apartment not even bottked water, or at least to make you feel welcime and that they were expecting guest ls to check in. If only they pay more attention to details, we would give them a higher/positve score.
