Clean, comfortable house with a large, well-equipped kitchen and a big fridge — a real bonus for a longer stay. Spacious area with several outdoor eating spots, depending on the time of day and occasion — ideal for families with children. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living area. Both a washing machine and a dryer. Maria was very helpful and quick to respond throughout, and kind enough to provide a baby cot and high chair for our child.

The washing machine showed an error a few times (Maria quickly helped us resolve it); the dryer occasionally stopped working when its water tank needed emptying, so checking that regularly would help. The shower pressure and the main bathtub drain do need attention. The frying pans are worn and the knives are no longer very sharp. Beach towels would be handy for guests. No vacuum cleaner — missed during a longer stay.

A quiet, cozy, real Spanish town, in a beautiful setting. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything, every room is air-conditioned. The host, Maria, is probably one of the nicest person we have ever met. We were greeted with cold soft drinks and beer in the fridge, which we appreciated after a very long journey. There are 3 wonderful terraces around the house, nice to sit out at any time of the day. You can also grill, although we skipped that for now. You can admire shooting stars from the roof terrace. It is recommended to rent a car, and then any part of the island can be reached in 30-60 minutes. The week we spent here was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, crowned by the total solar eclipse we watched at the old lighthouse.

In Sa Rapita waren viele Einheimische, das hat uns gut gefallen. Es war ruhig. Ideal um sich zu erholen.
