Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, sodass man schnell am Strand ist aber man auch von dort Wanderungen in die Hügel / Berge machen kann. Die Insel Krk liegt genau gegenüber und auch Rijeka und Opatija sind innerhalb von 40 min erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat zum Meer hin eine Fensterfront, sodass man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Türen haben einen Mückenschutz und das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Was will man mehr?

Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Jedoch ein wichtiger Hinweis für ältere und ganz junge Gäste bzw. für die jenigen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind. Das Treppenhaus zum Apartment ist eng und sehr steil. Das sollte erwähnt werden. Wie gesagt für uns hat es gepasst.

Apartment is brand new (started summer 2025), beautifully designed and very well equiped. It has great location, aprox. 10 minutes to beautiful beach Podvorska and 10 minutes to city centre. Host, who was kind and helpful to us, will be your only neighbour in the building, so you dont have to worry about possibility of having noisy co-holidaymakers. We came with baby and had to stay most of daytime inside because of heat, but the view from living room and kitchen on sea is so stunning, we didnt feel like missing something :) Hihgly recommend!
