La Roca Seafront Apartment Sea View and Private Parking

Exceptional stay and we would happily come back! The apartment is modern and very clean. The building is right by the sea, with direct access to the rocky coastline, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The apartment offers beautiful views of the sea and palm trees, while La Mata Beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The private parking was a great advantage, especially in Torrevieja. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The location was extraordinary, on the seashore, rocky beach next to the apartment, ideal for snorkeling. 5 min. walk to the gorgeous sandy beach of La Mata, beach with sun loungers and restaurants. You can travel by car to other beaches and other desired locations. A perfect apartment that I will definitely come back to. All facilities provided, you have everything you could need in the apartment and everything is new and clean. I recommend this location.

Los vecinos de la derecha. SON MUY RUIDOSOS. Lo peor es que, encima, vinieron a quejarse de nuestra perrita porque una de las noches al apartamento se le fue la luz, y al picarnos la trabajadora del apartamento de madrugada, lógicamente, ladró DOS veces. La vecina picó claramente hebria de madrugada a decirnos que nos iba a denunciar por el ruido. Os aseguro que se pasaron toda la semana haciendo ruido y arrastrando sillas hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Surrealista. Estuvimos sin luz y nadie nos dio una solución, lo cual tampoco me parece muy normal. Booking me hizo un descuento, pero no se trata de eso, sino de pasar tus vacaciones tranquilo.
