- veľkosť apartmánu, interiér, terasa, čistota, možnosť ubytovania so psom.
1) Chýba: klimatizácia (vonkajšie jednotky by mohli byť inštalované na podlahe terasy/balkóna, pre nenarušenie vzhľadu fasády budovy), prenosný sušiak, kuchynský riad (poháre na vodu, misky), rozkladací slnečník na terasu; 2) Zbytočnosti: veľa rôznych vankúšov, pokrývok, osušiek, umelých dekorácií, ktoré len zaberajú miesto pre položenie osobných vecí; 3) Exteriér: žiadne stromy v rezorte pre prírodné tienenie okolia.
