Posizione molto buona, ben collegata con le principali zone della città, nonché vicina a bar, ristoranti e supermercati. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort necessari al soggiorno. Valutazione positiva anche per le ragazze che lo gestiscono, sempre pronte ad aiutare anche quando si presentano delle difficoltà.
Forse il bagno potrebbe risultare un po' piccolo per alcune persone, ma a parte quello non gli manca nulla.
