The room was amazing! It was worth every penny. Above average quality sheets, towels, appliances, fixtures. Bright and cheerfully decorated. It was a real haven.
I had a very difficult time finding the correct building and my room. The information required layers of clicks to get to. My email said there was a check in and I would need to show my id and cc. This was not true. There was a number to call with access questions but there was no response until the next morning.

The check-in process was incredibly smooth and thoughtful. I loved that they used the last four digits of my phone number as the entry code it made it so easy to remember! The directions to the property were clear, and the instructions provided for the stay were simple and easy to follow. The space itself was clean, well-organized, and exactly as pictured.
Nothing to complain about! Everything went exactly as planned for my one-night stay.

Overall, the stay was fine and everything I needed worked. The location was convenient, and the room was generally clean and comfortable enough for one person.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable and kept disconnecting. The bed felt quite flimsy, although it was manageable for one person. The room looked clean overall, but the floor was quite dirty. The type of flooring hides dirt well, but after checking it, I definitely didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot.
Also, the pool was closed and appears to have been out of service for quite some time. It was unclear when, or whether, it would reopen.
