Great location, reasonably priced and we even had some continental breakfast bits left for us that we weren’t expecting. The hotel were also happy to store our bags, and were super responsive when we called them to ask any questions.

Located close to train station and harbour. Super friendly staff who went the extra mile and provided an in room breakfast ( even though they didn't need to). Room recently refurbished. Warm. ( especially when outside was wet and cold). Great restaurant on ground floor

Proximity to train and ferry
I had stayed in this hotel a couple of years previously when it was under different management and it was in worse condition on this stay. Mattress was obviously old and worn. Paint chipped. Towel fixture and small shelf by the sink was missing. Also, it is not sound proof—you can hear through the walls and door. Fortunately the hotel was almost empty so the noises were kept to a minimum. Finally, the price seemed too high for off season and the quality of the facilities.
