Location was superb & they have ample car park space. The unit is very spacious

[1] room space is very nice and good. Two large rooms and hall with smart TV. [2] kitchen, you can cook your own food. this is amazing if you stay for more than 2 days. [3] quite place no horn, bird chirping is there. [4] I spotted sparrow many time now rare these days. [4] very polite owner. [5] water purifier. [6] network connectivity is good. [7] 10 min app delivery and nearby many stores.
[1] mosquito net is missing in balcony and window so if you open window or balcony in night for fresh air then mosquito will come. [2] toilet flash could be better we should use twice, [3] water pressure in bathroom could be better.

Simple, clean and easily accessible. Alok, the owner is a helping and supportive person. Overall a decent experience.
The second room is less maintained and has no bathroom.
