The room was clean even the toilet and the staffs were very nice and accommodating. The place is accessible to anything.

New facility, the room is spacious, serves it's purpose for sleep, short stay. Double front door double lock each. Enough number of lights, good natural light as well. Clean bedroom beddings smells fresh too, cold AC, with metal cabinet for clothes, with two outlet as well. Nice kitchen area, with table and a pair of chair. A mirror an additional electric fan and electric kettle are also provided., Coffee, mineral water and soap are also included in the package. Water supply is good, with clean shower and comfort room, working flush with bidet. With wash room for laundry and drying clothes. The mobile number was out of reach when we contacted the owner, one of the staff had to call her, she was apologetic though and responded through chat. Staff are friendly and respectful, they had to call a tricycle for us. All of this plus a view of Mt. Makiling for a low price of 1200 pesos per night. Not a lot of tricycle within the area though, no receptionist when we arrived so we waited for about 20 minutes before we checked in. Overall good experience. If you need a place to stay within Makiling area, Lopez Hometel gives you what you pay for.

nice room to stay for affordable budget. group travel ,
advantage with service .not good for solo traveller and don't know the place.
bit hard to commute ,no grab yet on the area ,the tricycle don'T know the place.
was stayed good.
