Villa Paruzzi eleganza storica a 6 minuti a piedi dal lago di Como

Nos ha gustado todo. Buena ubicación cerca del Lago, limpieza, comodidad de las camas, buen gusto en la decoración (algunas de las cuales son antiguas-vintage). Aire acondicionado. El dueño nos recibió y nos dio indicaciones del funcionamiento de todo y nos recomendó ubicaciones del pueblo de Dervio ( donde comer, supermercados, etc). Fue muy amable

Die Lage ist sehr gut, kurze Wege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum See.

Schlechte Isolierung des Hauses, Hitze mit zwei Ventilatoren regelbar. Fehlender Insektenschutz an den Fenstern. Küchenutensilien mangelhaft.

Apartment in an old villa that has been lovingly restored to reflect the rustic charm of life here in years past. In a way this apartment reflects Italian food: simple, basic and non-pretentious. Simone and his team have done a great job in decorating this apartment with kick-backs to the 60's & 70's. This apartment is a bit of a walk to the lake, which we knew, but that makes the waters all the more refreshing when you get there. Fantastic pasticceria just down the road with a beautiful array of bread, bread-rolls and sweet temptations.

A few simple things could be added to the kitchen to improve cooking (I need to cook for 4 so I am a bit fussy!), but I've already informed Simone and by the time you arrive I am sure they will be there!
