Lokacija je odlična, sam apartman nije nešto veliki, ali je zanimljivo koncipiran i sadrži sve što je potrebno za boravak. Nije bilo nikakvih problema što se tiče komunikacije i dogovora.

Zgrada spolja izgleda odlično, ali unutra nije završena. Svuda je pur pena i kablovi koji vise, takođe u zgradi je hladno kao da ste napolju a ne u hodniku zgrade. Lift iznutra obložen gips pločama zbog tekućih radova, a po gipsu je ispisano i iscrtano svašta. Nije čisto.
