    It’s nice, in a very quiet area with not much open late though. has lots of fishing places nearby including shrimp fishing. If you’re stuck for something to do I would give that a go.

    Nice place to stay for a few days, but some odd rules and a notable lack of care from the staff given the place was almost deserted during our week long stay. We are a mixed couple and felt tolerated at best. Motorbikes are excluded from parking near the Villa, but cars are not. Every time you need your motorbike, you must pay 7000 vnd to take it out. Interior of the villas need repair , especially the floors. The ferry is back to running very close by and gives great access to the Thu Duc area. I think more focus on improving the experIence of all the resorts guests would increase bookings easily.

    The rooms look more tired than they do in the pictures, but they were clean! The shower could use a shower curtain so the whole bathroom wouldn't get wet. The garden and pool are very nice and clean. The breakfast was a surprise, with a very limited selection and no coffee. The restaurant menu was again very wide, delicious food and large portions☀️

    I decided the last 2 nights would be fun here. Sadly I was so wrong. It didn't help I got sick in the night and didn't have any sleep the first night. My daughter was screaming seeing ghosts for the 2 nights telling me we have to help as there is a man who is badly injured (and I swear things were moving in the room on the first night). We were in a bungalow under the water. I was so unwell the next day I didn't ask to change rooms. I picked myself up and went to the pool with my daughter where the man there demanded me to buy a ticket for the pool. He was rude. Didn't feel nice. Reception are nice, but they can't speak English. I actually felt unwelcome. It was such a shame as we were having such a nice time in Vietnam before. I think this hotel just isn't for westerners, I had chosen it because of the reviews, and mostly the pool and play area for my daughter. She had fun.
