    We had a nice stay at Leamsai Beach Resort. The room was modern, featuring a lovely sea view and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The direct access to the pool was certainly a convenient feature. We enjoyed a nice evening meal in the restaurant attached to the resort, however considering the room rate the breakfast was rather basic. The only minor consideration is that the resort is suffering from the sea air. Access ladder to the pool was very wobbly from rust. Also noticed a lot of rusting on the AC units, luckily for our room the unit looked new.
