Very good

New hotel with good facilities. Quiet and peaceful environment. One draw back is the beach is not so clean to swim. In house facilities are great. Breakfast is good with variety of selection. Staff are super nice and helpful.

Very disappointing stay overall. The room itself was okay, but the overall experience was far below expectations. I booked Sizzlin’ Sunset a week in advance to celebrate my friend’s birthday because I specifically wanted the sunset view. However, when I went down at 5:40 PM, I was only then informed that the restaurant was closed and changed to another one. There was no prior notice and no apology, even though the booking was made in advance for a special occasion. The hotel was also hosting a Miss Universe event during my stay, which caused heavy crowds and traffic. Guests were not informed beforehand, and this significantly affected the experience. Cleanliness was questionable as I found watermelon seeds in my room upon check-in, which made me doubt the housekeeping standards. The room layout was also very inconvenient. To enter the master bedroom from the living room, you have to walk through the master bathroom first, which creates very limited privacy. The bathroom itself cannot be locked, making the layout uncomfortable and impractical, especially when sharing the room with others. On top of that, the master bedroom faced directly toward the pool, so from around 9–10 AM, the noise from children playing made it impossible to sleep or rest properly. Parking management was poor as well. The hotel allowed cars to park along one lane of the entrance road, making it difficult for cars entering and exiting at the same time, forcing one side to stop and wait. The hotel does have direct beach access, which sounds great at first, but the beach itself was very dirty. It was also connected to a flea market area (there happened to be an event on the day I visited, though I am not sure if this is permanent). This made the beach feel much less private than expected. If you wear swimwear or a bikini and walk along the beach, people from the market can easily walk into the same area, which felt awkward and uncomfortable. To make things worse, when I raised concerns at the front desk, one staff member showed an unprofessional attitude and looked visibly annoyed. If the hotel claims itself as a 4-star property, then honestly the service and quality are far from that standard. While the price may seem reasonable compared to other 4-star hotels, it is still not cheap, and when compared to the quality and experience I received, it was simply not worth it. Overall, the lack of communication, questionable cleanliness, poor management, poor room design, and disappointing service left me feeling very dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
