i love their view, but... we have miscommunication with the staff before i book this room already mentioned that there is a member with knee problem and requested to stay in the room that doesnt need to walk so far/climb up the stairs. before i book, they actually recomended which room to stay which is walking distance from parking area. however upon we arrive, they bring us to their 'lobby'' for discussion on which group of people staying at which room after discussion, we walked back to the parking area and we need to need to sit their 4x4 to go to the room. which is not a walking distance. but they are able to solve the problem. just abit of miscommunication in between
