Nice studio apartment! Really love the fact that there is a laundromat just right beside the apartment and there is daily house keeping! However the only problem that I do not like is that I have to walk to another building just to check in and out... And the sound proof between floors are bad...

The rooms are great, location is convenient right across trinidade station.
Only major issue was checkin process, the roomselect suites have no reception, and the checkin is supposed to be done at another Roomselect 150mtrs away, there was no intimation of this given to us, and we spent over an hour in the rain before we got in.

The main reason was because I was not told that I have to go to another building to check in and that my room was in another building. The receptionist at that time, a male staff did not even empathize he was blaming me for not getting in touch with AGODA . I find that insensitive . I am glad I did not have to deal with him in my entire stay. I am definitely going g’s k to Porto, portugal and I am not going to book a room with this hotel
