    The rooms I booked are not available. I booked 2 bedroom suite and we ended up on a 1 bedroom suite with two extra beds as we don’t have any choice. The receptionist is not friendly and let us wait for more than an hour to finally check-in. Additional beds were provided after 3 hours.. the lack of internal coordination resulted to very poor customer service. No more live band, no food available in their restaurant. We just slept and left as early as 7am the following day. I will not book this hotel again.

    The hotel is nice for its price, and overall, we had a good stay. We usually spend most of our time here, so one thing that could be improved is the smell of the rooms. Sometimes, the room does not smell as fresh and pleasant as we would like. Other than that, there is really nothing much to complain about, especially considering the affordable price. With a little more attention to keeping the rooms smelling clean and fresh, the experience would be even better.
