Value for Money

The property feels like it is in the former shadow of what it once was and has clear potential, especially once proper renovation and deep cleaning are carried out. Its Station 1 location is a definite advantage—the area is quiet and peaceful—and the price was reasonable given where it is situated. We stayed for four nights. While the room was usable, there was a noticeable moldy smell when we first entered. Much of the furniture, both inside the room and in the common areas, appeared worn and would benefit from deep cleaning or replacement. Additionally, the stairway area had a strong odor resembling rat urine or feces, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. On a positive note, the hot water in the shower worked consistently well, and the caretaker was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We did not raise the cleanliness concerns with the staff, as we were out most of the day. Overall, the hotel has good potential due to its location and affordability. With improvements in sanitation, maintenance, and refurbishment, it could offer a much better experience and reflect the value of its prime location.

Nice staff and nice room. Hot water is working fast unlike other hotel problems.

if you have other option, you might think twice staying here.
