    Kuya Vhan is very accommodating. isang tawag or text mo lang ng needs mo anjan na sya agad. house is good for its price. may clean bed, own cr and kitchen, may utensils, kalan, wardrobe, free water, ref, wifi is fine. not attactive outside pero worth it inside!

    Facilities: 1. Ref smells so bad. Needs cleaning, durian smell stayed in the ref from previous renter. 2. AC is not good. The room is so hot, we requested for an electric fan but it was so dusty. So many black accumulated dust. 3. The sliding door can’t be closed properly. Space: 1. The room is very spacious, if you have kids then maybe it’ll work.
