    I paid for a 2-night stay but ended up staying only 1 night. The first room I was assigned had several issues: the door was damaged, the bathroom light and electrical outlets were not working, and the entire room had a musty, poorly ventilated smell. In addition, the water pipes were fully exposed, and even the electrical wiring appeared improperly installed. Because of these issues, I requested to be transferred to another room. The second room was slightly better, but the doorknob lock was also defective. also they have the same key for both rooms! Fortunately, there was a secondary lock, so I decided to stay. The toilet had no bidet, only a dipper and pail. The same musty smell was present throughout the room. Since it was raining heavily, the noise from the water running through the exposed pipes inside the room was very noticeable. There were also a few mosquitoes. The property seems to be located in a residential compound. There are permanent residents living there, cooking and hanging laundry outside the units, while some rooms appear to be rented out to guests. The only advantage is the location. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, and SM Marilao is within walking distance. Overall, I would not stay here again. At first, the price seemed affordable when I saw it on the app, but after seeing the actual property, I felt it was overpriced for what it offers. In my opinion, this type of accommodation would be worth around ₱500 per night at most. To make matters worse, they also require a ₱1,500 security deposit.

    Staff was a bit rude. No free parking. Area was flooding. Room has mosquitos inside. Bedsheet wasn't fit and always removed from the foam which is very uncomfortable
