Sehr schöne und grosse Wohnung an bester Lage. Garagenplatz für Auto.
Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und hat keine Sonneneinstrahlung da gegen Norden ausgerichtet. Da es keine Heizung hat, war es ziemlich kalt, speziell die Böden. Im Sommer dürfte es dafür angenehm sein. Auf der Dachterrasse mit Pool gibt es keine Möglichkeiten sich hin zu setzen oder -legen.

La localización de la casa ya que está en el centro de la ciudad.
Primero que la plaza de garaje, que fue uno de los puntos fuertes que nos movió a alquilar esta casa, es totalmente inútil ya que es de todo punto imposible aparcar un coche en esa plaza, teniendo que dejar el coche en la calle. Segundo, estaba muy mal surtida. Tercero, las toallas y las sábanas son malísimas. Cuarto, en las fotos aparece una mesa con sillas en la (mini)terraza que cuando llegamos habían desaparecido. Y quinto, que la casa tenía mucha humedad ambiental.
