Lugar super confortável para duas pessoas, localização boa para quem quer ir a liberdade, brás, 25 de março… mas a noite tem q ter muito cuidado pq tem pouca gente na rua, maioria dos estabelecimentos fechados e muito mendigos e moradores de rua… inclusive quando cheguei em frente ao predio para fazer o check in, estava cheio de lixo e mendigo na frente do predio, fiquei morrendo de medo

ar condicionado não funcionou tão bem…

O espaço é perfeito, super limpo e aconchegante, além de ser DO LADO da liberdade, valeu muito a pena, pretendo voltar mais vezes ainda esse ano.

Não teve nada para criticar.

It's close to Liberdade and two subway lines and there are many supermarkets, shops and cafes nearby and you can easily walk to many museums and points of interest during day. During day, it's an interesting area but during night, not safe. The apartment itself is nice and has everything that you need. But for several reasons, this is not an ideal option for foreign guests.

The owner and the concierges in the building do not speak English and it was a hassle to communicate with the support team of Booking com when problems occurred. In this building, there is a face control system with 3 doors and the access only worked for 2 days. Even though I wrote to the owner several times to get access again to the face control system, it worked only for 2 days of my 15 days stay and it was never resolved. The concierges let me wait often on the street and sometimes also during late night hours on the street until they gave me manual access - the area is safe by day but not during night. Supposedly, there is a rule of silence during night, but guests in the apartment next-door made parties until late at night and continued to do this after complaints. There are a lot of rules in the building and they even write to you when you break a rule that they did not explain you. As a temporary guest, you are not allowed to use the gym, you are not allowed to use the co-working area and you are not allowed to use swim wear or tank tops in the garden area. It will help that the owner puts all the rules on Booking.com so that you know what you book and helps his guests especially with the access to the face control system. It felt very unsafe to stand there at night and not be let in by the concierges.
