Loft Flora - lindo apartamento na Liberdade

Apartamento muito bom, no último andar e com um bom recuo em relação à avenida. Muito silencioso, levando-se em consideração onde está localizado; cama confortável; bem estruturado e muito perto do metro Japão-Liberdade, sem contar a quantidade de bons restaurantes ali perto. Com certeza, uma das melhores estadias que já tive em SP.

Falta de blackout nas cortinas (pelas manhãs, clareia muito rápido tudo. E pela noite, as luzes da cidade parecem iluminar o quarto. Nada que um tapa olho também não resolva.) Cozinha, apesar de equipada, contava com um jogo de panela que estava praticamente destruído, todas com o fundo de anti aderente todo raspado, impossibilitando o uso das mesmas. Wifi não funcionou nenhum dia. Ducha do banheiro com uma resistência mais fraca, então não dava conta de esquentar tanto a água se abrisse muito a torneira.

Lugar super confortável para duas pessoas, localização boa para quem quer ir a liberdade, brás, 25 de março… mas a noite tem q ter muito cuidado pq tem pouca gente na rua, maioria dos estabelecimentos fechados e muito mendigos e moradores de rua… inclusive quando cheguei em frente ao predio para fazer o check in, estava cheio de lixo e mendigo na frente do predio, fiquei morrendo de medo

It's close to Liberdade and two subway lines and there are many supermarkets, shops and cafes nearby and you can easily walk to many museums and points of interest during day. During day, it's an interesting area but during night, not safe. The apartment itself is nice and has everything that you need. But for several reasons, this is not an ideal option for foreign guests.

The owner and the concierges in the building do not speak English and it was a hassle to communicate with the support team of Booking com when problems occurred. In this building, there is a face control system with 3 doors and the access only worked for 2 days. Even though I wrote to the owner several times to get access again to the face control system, it worked only for 2 days of my 15 days stay and it was never resolved. The concierges let me wait often on the street and sometimes also during late night hours on the street until they gave me manual access - the area is safe by day but not during night. Supposedly, there is a rule of silence during night, but guests in the apartment next-door made parties until late at night and continued to do this after complaints. There are a lot of rules in the building and they even write to you when you break a rule that they did not explain you. As a temporary guest, you are not allowed to use the gym, you are not allowed to use the co-working area and you are not allowed to use swim wear or tank tops in the garden area. It will help that the owner puts all the rules on Booking.com so that you know what you book and helps his guests especially with the access to the face control system. It felt very unsafe to stand there at night and not be let in by the concierges.
