The location is in a retirement community. It's nice and quiet. They provided plenty of games and puzzles in the condo, which was convenient since it rained the first 2 days there. Loved that it was right on the water. The condo is very clean and cute! Our teenage daughter loved having her own space in the loft. The pool was nice as well. We used the game house and played pool on one of the rainy days. The condo had all the essentials for cooking, laundry, and dishes.
It is further away from things to do. You either need to Uber everywhere or rent a car. The closest grocery store is still a 15-minute drive or a $20 Uber. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own roll. There was less than a half roll left on the holder and about a half roll we found under the bathroom sink for a 5-day stay.
