Lovely house, great position. Easy set up

Dishwasher needs some maintenance, shelf just falls out. Property decor in need of some tlc

Lovely, welcoming and clean house!

Could do with seating outside.

House was filthy. Cushions smelled. Windows did not open. Bit was dirty and smelled bad. Outside bin was full. Dishwasher fell out when opened and did not work. Host was mostly unresponsive and offered no assistance.

The location is superb Great to be able to take our dog Kitchen and bathroom nice and equipped Beds comfortable and bedrooms good sizes Parking great too .

Unfortunately it looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in a while or even a mop .Crumbs in the living room and kitchen and also toenails near the kitchen bin , bits all round the edges , spiders on the ceiling in living room , kitchen and back bedroom , found a little toy under the bed which I left for the owners to see .. . Cobwebs on the back bedroom window , didn't look in the other bedrooms . A popped balloon behind the TV .. I borrowed a vacuum cleaner while we were there and hoovered downstairs. We also mopped the kitchen floor , it was filthy . The bathroom appeared clean but the shower screen was dirty along with the taps on the sink . The bath had bits in it too . The house certainly didn't smell like it had been cleaned but smelt of air freshener. Could also do with a dressing table or something so u can get ready properly as there is nothing to sit on in the bedrooms and the only mirror is in the bathroom or a full length one in the front bedroom. No proper wardrobes just a rail . Kitchen chair with a loose back , bathroom light switch faulty . The garden could also do with some attention, fence post broke and panel leaning so needed to block it so our dog couldn't escape. No garden furniture to sit on and the garden overgrown at the side . This didn't spoil our stay as it is a lovely house and we did have a lovely holiday , but it would be great if you could supply a vacuum cleaner , brush and shovel and a mop and bucket for future holiday makers , if cleaning isn't going to be up to standard ..

Such a brilliant location to the town. Quite a few pubs close by and the Norton Park is a lovely walk, especially if you have a dog. Absolutely loved the rear garden and the fence around the front entrance.

No complaints everything was absolutely perfect. However, it was extremely hot when we stayed and the very top bedroom was quite boiling! .. perhaps a fan would help!

- On-site parking space. - 3 double-bedrooms with enough space for up to 6 persons.

- Several chairs were broken, our kids actually hurt themselves trying to sit on an armchair in the living room. - Dishwasher not screwed in place, the whole machine crashed down when we opened it. - Window curtain in the living room was already broken from the wall upon our arrival. - Bedside tables in the top-floor bedroom were both broken and collapsed when we tried to put our phones down. - It is not possible to open any window beside 1 in the living room. All other windows incl. all bedrooms and bathroom are locked. No option for fresh air. - Fence in the backyard broken. Even the neighbor is not amused. - Landlord / agent was not responding to any of our inquiries, neither via phone call, text or eMail. >> Overall we can not recommend this location. Due to bad service and broken furniture it actually poses a security risk.
