Staff at the pool bar and on reception were lovely. No worries about scrambling for sunbeds.

The resort itself is run down and in desperate need of a refresh. Half the water slides were broken with red tape across sections. Nobody in any urgency to fix them. Half of the apartments seemed to be held up by scaffolding poles. Huge resort but only one entrance... we were the furthest apartment away. What used to be the rear entrance and car park with kids play park was a derelict building site. Would have been able to access main strip much easier had it been made back into an access point. The apartment itself was satisfactory. A few minor issues which included the ceiling fan not working... Maintenance guy said the remote had been lost. This made the apartment too warm. Shower didn't drain very well and flooded the whole bathroom after all 3 of us showered. Overall I would not choose to stay at this resort again.

Location is perfect. Swimming area is lovely and the bar with friendly staff.

First thing is plenty cockroach around the area and we catch few in the property too so not very pleasant and my daughter couldn’t go even to the toilet on her own after this finds. They’re massive by the way. Pillows is not confutable too, need to change. No oven so can’t really to make proper food only in microwave or on the hob. My suggestion to get air fryer as there is no plenty space but you can fit air fryer at least.

The apartment itself was cleaned very well. Complimentary toothbrushes which was a nice gesture. Towels etc Swimming pools were lovely but not heated. Pool bar and staff were lovely.

Awful looking from the outside. Paint peeling off the walls. Very dated. The beds and pillows were rock hard. Very uncomfortable. And they really need to invest in a new couch as it was old, uncomfortable and you could see filth embedded into it. The complex is extremely old and dated and in serious need of renovation. Broken tiles everywhere .
