We were overall disappointed with our stay. This is not a family-friendly house. Despite the owner being responsive and

Proximity to where we needed to be and size for our family.

For the premium rate we paid, the home did not meet the standards promised in the listing—or even basic expectations of cleanliness and functionality. Here are the specific issues we have encountered: * The overall cleanliness of the home was very poor. We found grime in the bathrooms, cigarette butts in the drawers, dirty dishes in the cabinets, dirty sheets on the bed, dust bunnies throughout, and hair in several areas. * Dirty towels were in the laundry bin upon arrival and no fresh towels were replenished. * There was a noticeable lack of cutlery and dishes in the kitchen for a house that sleeps 11. * The washer and dryer were non-functional for the duration of the 2-week stay, which created a significant inconvenience as we have 4 boys and packed lightly knowing there was a washer on site. * The large compost, recycling and garbage bins outside were full and no room to dispose of our waste. * Personal mail belonging to the owner was left out on the counter, which felt unprofessional and intrusive. * The shower in the master suite did not drain properly (almost flooded). * No soap or basic cleaning products were provided. * There was animal waste left in the back garden, which was unsanitary and disappointing. This experience has been frustrating and falls short of what we were led to expect. We booked this property based on the amenities and standards presented online, and the condition we arrived to was unacceptable.

A peaceful and spacious home to use as a base to explore the Cotswolds.

Location was great, especially being so close to Cleeve Hill and local parks for our little one. The size of the property was also excellent.

Any issues which arised were dealt with promptly by the host. Our host also took the time to come and speak with us and resolved the issues that we faced. We recommend this property and Dwight will ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible!
