Slight mould in the bathroom that could be sorted with use of a extractor fan.

Location is perfect for the whole city . Easy to get into the city centre and surrounding areas . Also it’s only 7.5 miles and virtually a straight road to the beach and Anthony Gormleys another place ! Perfect !

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like . We are a couple with a small dog and it suited our needs perfectly .

Great location, about 1.5 miles from the centre and 2 free car parking spaces included. Despite being near a main road, it was not noisy in the property.

The property could do with a bit of a redecoration, but it was generally acceptable and comfortable.

It was a separate home with free parking. The area was nice. The home is situated in an open gated community of flats and small homes like this one. The location was great, not too far from town and buses pass outside it regularly. The area was quiet. There were plenty of amenities in the property. The house was overall clean with a couple of scuffs but nothing major. Nice home to have as a base and large grass area outside which was good for the dog. No garden area as such but dogs with good recall like ours would be ok.

The boiler was not on when we arrived. Lucky my partner managed to get this going but if on my own, I wouldn't of had a clue. Cooker was not working, contacted the landlord and he helped us (something to do with the clock). The T.V. and internet were very temperamental but we used our phones when in. There was a bit of a damp smell but we had an issue with the toilet leaking and that would have been the cause. The landlord sorted this out fast. Mould around the bath and ceilings. Car parking space is quite far away from the front door so luggage with wheels are a must. Parking spot hard to find and bins gathered in one area (right next to the space) the whole week.
