Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per Capodanno e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’accoglienza è stata ottima, la proprietaria è stata sempre disponibile, gentile e pronta a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Ci ha accontentato su tutte le richieste, facendoci sentire davvero a nostro agio. Esperienza molto positiva, consigliato.

Se siete con più auto c'è il rischio di parcheggio. A noi è stato data disponibilità di parcheggio per più auto.

Bis auf ein paar "Kleinigkeiten" hat es uns super gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen

- Die Lage - Kommunikation und Zuverlässigkeit des Gastgebers - Wohnung ist reduziert und ähnlich dem skandinavischen Stil eingerichtet, was mir ausserordentlich gut gefällt

- Treppenhaus sollte öfters gereinigt werden :-) - statt einer Waschmaschine hätte ich einen Staubsauger bevorzugt, man isst doch oft in einer Ferienwohnung und einen Staubsauger wäre daher von Vorteil - in beiden Duschräumen fehlt eine Ablagemöglichkeit für den Kulturbeutel bzw. für dessen Inhalt

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit, der Vermieter und auch die Möglichkeit, ein E Mobil zu laden. Es wurde mir auch sofort eine verschließbare Abstellmöglichkeit für meine hochwertigen Räder angeboten.👍👍 Die Wohnung ist super und die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel spitze.

- Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter, die gerne Tipps für die Umgebung geben - Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Berge, schöne große Zimmer, helle und freundliche Ausstattung - Lage ist super und gute Busverbindung

Es war insgesamt alles super und es gibt grundsätzlich nicht's großes zum beanstanen: - Im großen Badezimmer war der Boden leider sehr kalt trotz eingeschalteter Heizung - ein paar Küchensachen waren nicht ganz sauber

Appartamento nuovo, presenza di lavatrice e lavastoviglie, posizione ottima per usufruire dei mezzi per andare a Merano o nelle città vicine. Per la prima volta non ho usato così spesso l'auto per spostarmi verso le passeggiate: era tutto servitissimo da mezzi pubblici inclusi nella carta trasporti turistica.

Wunderschöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit viel Komfort.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, blitzblanke und komfortable neue Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht und sich wünscht. Besonders möchten wir uns nochmals bedanken, dass uns die Gastgeberin von der Autowerkstatt abgeholt hat, das war nicht selbstverständlich. Nochmals danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Völlig neue Wohnung mit hochwertiger und geschmackvoller Ausstattung. Jeder Parkplatz hat eine Ladesäule für E-Autos. Schöne Lage mit super Aussicht und Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Ideal als Startpunkt für alle Freizeitaktivitäten. Super nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Entspannt, bequem, Erholsam

Sehr schönes und neues Apartment. Die Gastgeberin Melanie war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat alles Wünsche erfüllt. Die Anreise war problemlos mit Parkplätzen direkt vor der Türe. Wir waren die ersten Gäste und daher war alles natürlich super neu. In jedem Fall können wir diese Apartments weiterempfehlen!
