    The front desk when called prior to check-in provided wrong location input, farther eastern block not the exact location as better identified by tricycle driver. No proper orientation as he admitted that he was new in thenposition. At 10pm, nobody was no longer available to assist the guests. Aircon is situated at the unusual area where guest access is hampered or distracted. The room door has no double lock only a knob which is unsafe. Drain of lavatory is stinky as the plumbing is faulty. With table and closet, no intercom, no ref. Ordinary bed and beddings. Did not have a good night sleep because of the door lock without safety back-up lock, I was awake up to 4am 😢 everytime there were voices outside in the nearby construction, I was well awake.
