    Amenities. Location. Staff. All amazing. Their operations and accommodations are key because they’re efficient. Having the airport be 5min away is a big bonus. Shuttles all day and night (late). I want to come back with the family, so much more to explore.

    From booking to arrival, throughout our stay, and even during departure, everything was absolutely excellent! Kudos to OM Butch and the entire team, especially Cris and Jonathan, for their warm hospitality and outstanding service. They truly made our stay seamless, comfortable, and memorable. Thank you for going above and beyond, we can't wait to come back with the kids! Would definitely recommend you to our friends and relatives!

    Very clean, best value for the money. Staffs are all wonderful, very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. Jonathan, the driver who brought us around El Nido and Chris, the front guest service staff, are exceptional. I definitely recommend this hotel. Just a stones throw away from beautiful beach, available shuttle that picks up from the airport and El Nido town. Nothing to ask for

    Yes- it had beautiful big rooms, aesthetically pleasing. Yes- it was a close walk to beach and restaurants. But that’s it, it is not a resort, you have to exit the hotel for all needs/activities. There isn’t even a bar by the mini ‘plunge’ pool- no property to enjoy. No elevator so definitely a pass if traveling with young ones. My biggest issue was that they didn’t even have chairs at the beach for guests , so if you were late to get up, you were spending the day in the sand. If I’m traveling 20+ hours to get to a beach destination I’d want more amenities and in room amenities didn’t really entice me or make it better. I didn’t come to Palawan to spend my time in the hotel room. I’m so thankful I spent the prior week at a real resort up the road on the beach and got to experience a true luxury resort with a plethora of options.
